Second day of Black Stars training in Kumasi successfully marked

The second day of Black Stars training at the Babayara sports stadium ended successfully but five players are yetbto join the team. Five players were missing from the Black Stars second training session in Kumasi on Tuesday afternoon. Ghana moved two places up in the August 2018 FIFA World rankings of national football teams but the Black Stars have dropped to position number 51 in the latest rankings for the month of September making Ghana the biggest fallers. The Ghana U17 team has arrived safely in Niger for the 2019 Africa Cup qualifying tournament. The Black Starlets contingents are lodging at the hotel du Sahel in the Nigerian capital of Niamey Ghana will be looking to become the WAFU Zone B representative at next year’s finals by winning the qualifying tournament. The qualifying tournament is a new format adopted by CAF for the U17 Africa Cup competitions.
