Official – Afriyie Acquah completes move to Turkish side Yeni Matalyaspor

Black Stars midfielder Afriyie Acquah has completed a move to Turkish Supalig side Yeni Matalyaspor. Acquah penned a two-year deal with the option to extend for one year on Friday after completing a successful medical test. The midfielder joined the Turkish side as a free agent after his contract with Empoli came to an end in June. Acquah has previously featured for Parma, Sampdoria, Torino and Empoli and TSG Hoffenheim the only club he has played outside Italy. He is expected to receive $1million per season at the Turkish club.

Swansea City star Andre Ayew has resisted interest from French Ligue 1 outfit Girondins Bordeaux. Spanish side Deportivo Linares unveil Ghana goalkeeper Razak Brimah

Spanish lower-tier side Deportivo Linares have officially unveiled new signing Razak Brimah. The Ghanaian goalkeeper joined the club on free transfer in the ongoing transfer window. The 31 year shot-stopper has been without a club since he left South African giants  Mamelodi Sundowns in 2017. Brimah was part of Ghana’s 2015 Africa Cup of Nations run to the final. Ghana winger Samuel Owusu joins Saudi top-flight side Al-Fayha FC

Ghana winger Samuel Owusu has joined Saudi Premier League side Al-Fayha FC for an undisclosed fee. The 23 year old makes the move to the gulf country after a successful one and half year stint with Serbian club FK Čukarički. He put pen to paper on a three year deal after completing all the necessary processes on Monday. The wideman made 32 appearances in the Superliga last season scoring seven goals and providing 10 assists. Owusu was one of Ghana’s brightest stars at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
