The Ghana Football Association (GFA) will hold it’s Ordinary Congress on Thursday 19th December 2019 at Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, Prampram. This will be the maiden congress under the leadership Kurt E.S Okraku. GFA’s Integrity Seminar for referees starts at Pentecost Convention Center

The Referees Integrity Seminar by the Ghana Football Association has started with over 200 match officials taking part. The special exercise is for for referees who have been selected to officiate in the upcoming 2019/20 league season. The four-day seminar started today – December 10 and will end on December 13 at the Pentecost Convention Centre near Kasoa. Theophilus Awortwe rejoins Hasaacas on two-year deal

Theophilus Nana Awortwe has completed a transfer to Division One League side Hasaacas FC ahead of the forthcoming season. The defender joins the Sekondi-based club from Skyy FC on a two year deal after completing all the necessary processes. This will be his second stint with the club after helping them gain promotion to the Ghanaian top-flight in 2013. Theophilus went on to feature for them during their two-year stay in the Premier League before their demotion at the end of the 2015/16 campaign.

Asante Kotoko draw blank with Skyy FC in pre-season friendly

Asante Kotoko were held to a 0-0 draw by Division One side Skyy Football Club in a pre-season friendly ahead of the new season. The Porcupine Warriors after beating Ebusua Dwarfs were expected to beat the Division One side with with ease but that was not to be.
