Division One League side Kotoku Royals have appointed Serbian trainer Stefan Ristic as new head coach.

The Serbian Coach comes in to replace coach Nurudeen Amadu who resigned from his post two weeks ago.

He has been tasked to ensure the team qualifies to play in the Ghana Premier League.

The Serbian who was born in Jagodina had stints with SC Waterloo, Aljazeera, Defines and FC Elva.

Kotoku Royals currently lies 3rd position on the Ghana 1st Division Zone 3 league log and they are looking forward to qualify to the premier league.

Coach Stefan Ristic is expected to manage the Kotoku Royals’ Senior Team ,Second Division, The Female Team and the Academy.

The Chairman of Kotoku Royals who doubles as the Eastern Regional RFA Chairman Mr. Linford Boadu Asamoah said they will support the Coach to succeed at the club.

He promised to give the Coach the needed support that will get him do his work and the  people of Akyem enclave.
