Inter Allies remain in relegation trouble in the ongoing Ghana Premier League having fallen to a 2-0 defeat at home to Great Olympics on Matchday 9.
Maxwell Nii Abbey Quaye scored twice from the penalty spot to give the visitors maximum points and bragging rights in the regional derby.
The first one was as early as the 9th minute when he fired his team ahead at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday afternoon.
The second was late in the 80th minute when he stepped up again and dispatched another penalty to ensure Yaw Preko made a winning start to life as Olympics coach.
The victory moves Olympics to 4th on the standings with 14 points.
While Inter Allies remain 16th on the log with just 7 points after nine rounds of matches.
