West African Football Academy’s Operations manager  George Ofosuhene is confident his charges will take home the maximum point on Sunday when they welcome Asante Kotoko at the WAFA Park in Sogakope.

The Academy Lads will be hoping to continue their unbeaten home record when they face the Porcupines in matchday nine of the Ghana Premier League.

Speaking to Ashh FM ahead of the game on Sunday, Ofosuhene insisted his charges are not afraid of the Ghanaian giants and will do everything to take home the maximum points.

“We are preparing strongly and if you are a team playing in the Ghana premier league then you should be prepared to meet a team like Kotoko so we are not afraid meeting them at this stage of their form

“Kotoko is boasting of their past glory and so far as we are all going to use 11 players, we are going to win the match and get all the 3 points

“We have 3 results in every football game but I can assure you that we are going to win the match” He added

WAFA are currently fourth on the league table after eight games played.
