Liberty Professionals were held to a 1-1 draw at home against Eleven Wonders on match day 3 of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.

The visitors took a 43rd minute at the Carl Reindorf Park before the Scientific Soccer lads restored parity a minute later through Kweku Karika.

Karela began the second half brightly but a resolute Liberty defense kept them at bay.

The home team mostly resorted to counter attacks but didn’t find much joy in the final third of their opponent.

Ahmed Satar nearly got a late winner for Liberty Professionals with his free-kick, but his effort was saved by the Wonders goalkeeper.

In the end, a draw was a true reflection of the game.

The result means that, Liberty Professionals remain winless after picking just three points from their opening three games of the season.

While Karela United have recorded a win and two draws so far.
