Ghanaian midfielder Majeed Ashimeru lasted the entire duration of the game as Red Bull Salzburg won away from home against Austria Vienna in the Austrian top-flight league on Saturday.

The former WAFA midfielder was offered a starting role in his favorite central midfield role where he impressed for his side throughout the game.

The 23 year old was at the thick of affairs for Coach Jesse Marsch’s side and they deservedly took the lead in the 62nd minute courtesy young forward Mergim Berisha.

Zambian power forward Patson Daka made sure of the result in the first minute of added on time after the elapsing of the full 90 minutes.

This was the second time Ashimeru has completed a game for Salzburg in the league ans will be hoping this becomes a streak.
