Former Ebusua Dwarfs defender Rashid Sumaila has made a donation to the club ahead of the commencement of 2020/2021 season.
Rashid who is currently unattached after ending his stay with Al Qadsia in the Kuwait League presented bottles of mineral water, energy drinks and other items to the team at their training ground on Wednesday morning.
The former Asante Kotoko defender after the presentation told the media that he’s happy to have been able to extend the gesture to the team.
“This is the club I once played for. I feel and believe extend this kind gesture to them ahead of the start of the season.
Receiving the Items on behalf of the team, Dennis Korsah Captain of the Ebusua Dwarfs, thanked Rashid Sumaila for the kind gesture and pledged the team’s commitment to do their very best in bringing glory to the club and supporters as a whole.
Ebusua Dwarfs will face regional rivals Elmina Sharks in their first game of the season.
