Asante Kotoko’s new midfield general Emmanuel Keyekeh has listed names of players he draws inspirations and tips from to improve his game.

Keyekeh has over the years shaped his game to become one of the best performing players in his position in the country.

He was involved in a high profile move from Karela United to the Porcupine Warriors this summer as Maxwell Konadu’s side improve their squad for the new campaign.

Speaking to Asante Kotoko’s official YouTube channel for the first time, Keyekeh touched on a variety of issues which centered on his new club and his aspirations.

The player mentioned the likes of Kevin De Bruyne, Paul Pogba, Michael Essien, Sulley Muntari and Yaya Toure as players who have helped him become better although he is yet to have any direct interaction with all.
Asked who his role model is, Keyekeh replied, “I see myself in a lot of players. I see myself in Kevin De Bruyne, Yaya Toure, Paul Pogba, Michael Essien, Sulley Muntari. Because I don’t just pick role models, I learn a lot from …Even If you are an defender I learn something from you, me being a midfielder, if you are an attacker I can learn from you. So its about learning and moving forward,” Keyekeh concluded.
