Ghanaian midfielder Baba Alhassan is delight after sealing a move to Romanian top-flight side FC Hermannstadt.
Alhassan put pen-to-paper on a permanent contract after a successful medicals on Wednesday.
Alhassan refused to renew his contract with Valladolid knowing he could land a better deal that will guarantee him much playing time.
But he had to wait for about six month before landing himself a new club.
The 20 -year old took his official Instagram page to expressed his delight after signing for the Romanian club.
“Don’t let life weigh you down, I have come this far because Almighty Allah has a plan for me otherwise I won’t be here.
“The people I looked up to failed me, so I decided to stand out for myself. New adventure and a big step in my career.
” Thanks for the management of FC Hermannstadt for believing in me. I have very happy to sign”
Alhassan was transferred from Nsawam-based African Talent Academy to the Spanish side after impressing the club scout during a trail games.
He is expected make his debut for the club on Saturday against SF Gheorghe.
