Thomas Partey will play his first match for Ghana today since completing his transfer deadline day move to the English Premiership.

Arsenal FC wrapped up the move after agreeing to meet the €50 million buyout amount in his Atlético Madrid contract.

The deputy Black Stars skipper put pen to paper on a five-year contract that will keep him at the Emirates stadium until June 2025.

Ghana, who have been without a competitive game since November 2019 will lock horns with the Eagles of Mali in Antalya, Turkey as part of the team’s preparations for the AFCON qualifier against Sudan.

The match will kick off at 5pm Ghana Time and will be broadcasted live on GTV Sports + and on the facebook page of the GFA.

Partey is expected join up with his new Arsenal team-mates next week after he returns from international duty with Ghana.
