King Faisal have announced the club has terminated the contract of midfielder Mujeeb Abdul Hakeem ahead of the commencement of the 2020/2021 season.

Both parties agreed to severe their contract on mutual consent.

Mujeeb who joined King Faisal two seasons ago made eight appearance for the club in the truncated league.

He captained the club in their first game against Dreams FC at the theatre of Dreams.

The midfielder becomes the second player to be released by the club after Daniel Nii Adjei.

Mujeeb joined King Faisal from Division One side Bibiani Gold Stars.

He has previously featured for Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Conersbabies.
