Asante Kotoko head coach Maxwell Konadu has patted Ghana defender Daniel Amartey on the back for his performance as he helped his Leicester City side down Manchester City.
Leicester City on Sunday became the first team to score five goals against a Pep Guardiola side as they vanquished the much fancied home side 5-2.
Amartey started the game that marked a return to premier league action for the 25 year old who because of injuries had not played in the league since October 2018.
After going down by a goal in the eary minutes of the game, Leicester unleashed a scintillating performance to overcome the City-zens with Amartey producing a rock-solid defensive display at the back.
Joining in a chorus of congratulations for the Ghanaian, Coach Maxwell Konadu took to Twitter to make his feelings for the player known.
