Ghanaian attacker Abdul Basit Rahman has completed a season loan move to Turkish side Ankaraspor, can exclusively reveal.

The former New Edubiase United striker completed the move on Monday and has an option to make the deal permanent if he impresses.

The Ghana U20 striker was on the verge of joining Menemen Spot Kulubu but the deal fell through after the Turkish side failed to meet the demands of the player.

Ankaraspor swiftly showed interest and Basit has completed the move to the Ankara side.

Basit successfully completed his mandatory medical ahead of a move to Turkish TFF 1 side Menemen Spor Kulubu a week ago but has ended up with the Ankara side.

The former Ghana U20 striker was expected to join Ghana Premier League side Karela United in a year line deal ahead of the upcoming season.

But the Turkish side tabled a juicy offer which was accepted by the Division One League side.

The strong forward is revered for his pace and power, and could be a great addition to the lower tier side.
