Ghanaian international Clinton Antwi has completed a loan move to Danish super liga side Esbjerg fB from rivals FC Nordsjaelland.

Antwi completed his move on Tuesday after a fruitful negotiation.

Nordsjælland decided to loan the player out due to lack of playing time.

The left back played 16 games for FCN in the 3F Superliga last season, most of them coming on as a substitute.

Sports Director of Esbjerg fB Sports director Jimmi Nagel Jacobsen was full of praise for the Ghanaian defender.

“Clinton Antwi is a really skilled left back who fits well into the style of play that should characterize EfB with power, aggression and speed. At the same time, we get an extremely hungry and ambitious player who will give us flexibility in the back chain from day one, so we are very much looking forward to the upcoming collaboration,”

He is expected to play a vital role for the club in the 2020/2021 season.
