Premier League club Hearts of Oak are on the verge of re-signing Patrick Razak two years after leaving the club.

According to Fox FM, the Premier League giants want to reunite with their former winger who is now a free agent after an unsuccessful stint with Guinean top side Horoya AC.

The club is in negotiations with the representatives of the player and could secure his signature before the beginning of the 2020/2021 season.

The pacy forward before his move to Guinean side Horoya AC back in 2018 was an integral member of the Phobian squad that played in the 2017 MTN FA Cup final against Kotoko but unfortunately lost 3-1.

He was also part of the Black Stars B team that won the WAFU Zone B tournament hosted in Ghana in 2017.
