The senior national football team, the Black Stars have made a donation worth GH₵100,000 to the Ghana Football Association.

The donation entails Hand Sanitizers, branded nose masks and other assorted items to support in the fight against CoronaVirus.

The presentation of the items was fronted by the Chairman of the Management Committee of the Black Stars George Amoako flanked by the Head Coach of the side, Charles Akonnor.

The rest of the management committee members who were part of the presentation team are Akwasi Agyemang, Fred Pappoe, Samuel Osei Kuffuor and Jones Alhassan Abu.

The Ghana FA boss Kurt E.S. Okraku received the items on behalf of the association.

The GFA president thanked the team for the kind gesture and indicated that the association was ever willing to support the Black Stars.

Meanwhile, the GFA has resolved to distribute the items received to the respective regional football associations.
