Ghanaian attacker Joel Fameye has ended the Russian league on a high note after scoring FC Orenburg’s only goal of the game as they beat FC Dinamo Moscow 1-0 in their last fixture at the VTB Arena.
Fameye’s strike was enough to help Orenburg to victory in their last game of the season.
The former Asokwa Deportivo player got his name on the score sheet on the 29th minute making it his 8th goal of the season for FC Orenburg.
He lasted the entire duration of the game as FC Orenburg suffered demotion from the Russian top-flight league.
Fameyeh joined the Russian club from Belarusian top-flight side Dynamo Brest last summer and has since scored 8 goals in 25 appearances.
