Ghana forward André Ayew registered an assist as Swansea City book their Championship Play-offs qualifications with 1-4 over Reading.

Swansea City ahead of the game were hoping one of Nothingham forest and Cardiff City will drop points for them to stand a chance of qualifying to the Playoffs.

Rhian Brewster broke the deadlock of the game for the visitors on the 27th minutes.

George Puscas levelled matters for the home  with a fine strike in the 43rd minute.

However, after the break, a brace from Wayne Routledge and Liam Cullen in the second half secured the Welsh-based side a playoff berth.

Ayew was the orchestra of the Liam Cullen goal  with a fine pass in the penalty box.

The win with Nottingham Forest 4-1 loss at home against Stoke City saw Swansea City qualified for the playoffs.

Swansea City finished the league with 70 points from 46 games, same number of points as Forest but with a superior goal difference.
