Austrian top flight side, SCR Altach have officially announced the signing of Medeama Sporting club teenager Nana Kofi Babil, on a one year loan deal.
Babil, 18 will feature for the Alex Pastoor’s side in the 2020-21 football season in Austria.
As part of the initial arrangement, there is an option to make the deal permanent based on how the talented attacker fares at the club.
Babil was in sensational form during his debut campaign in the now cancelled 2019-20 Ghana Premier League season where he netted 4 goals and contributed 3 assists in 12 appearances.
His new club confirmed the move on their official twitter page.

SCR Altach Sporting chief Christian Möckel has praised the attributes of the player and believes the club will offer him the perfect environment to hone his skills and abilities.

He sees the SCR Altach as a great opportunity to gain a foothold in European football. We are convinced of it to be able to offer him the environment that he needs to take this step and develop his talent, “Christian Möckel said.
Babil on his part expressed his profound gratitude to the club for the opportunity to have his first ever European football experience.
