Following his inability to use the office of the CEO due to hot nature of the room, acting Kotoko CEO Joseph Yaw Adu has revealed his disappointment in what he’s seen at the secretariat.

Yaw Adu is now using the Conference Room at the secretariat as his office because the air conditioner in the CEO’s office isn’t working.

He adds that the CEO’s office isn’t ready for administrative work since he assumed the role of the head of management for the club.

“To be honest with you, Kotoko as seen outside is a big club but coming into the office today, I have to confess my disappointment because the office is not even ready to accommodate the CEO as of now,” he told the Kotoko Express app.

“The office of the CEO is too hot so I have to come and sit at the Conference Room. The staff members are also telling me most of the machine they are using are not in good shape and are not serviceable.

“But I have requested they make all these formal so I can present to the board to get modern equipment to facilitate their administrative work,” he added.

Yaw Adu is a member of the 12-member board and will act as the head of the Interim Management Team which includes Evelyn Nsiah Asare, Kwamina Mensah, Amoah Abban and Osei Brobbey.

The IMT will work until such a time that a substantive CEO is employed.
