Asante Kotoko defender Empem Dacosta has chosen his team mate Justice Blay as the best player in the Ghana Premier League currently.

The Medeama SC loanee was in an electric form for the Porcupines before the coronavirus forced the suspension of the league.

Blay put up a consistent performances for the Porcupine Warriors and scored two goals during that period.

He was awarded Asante Kotoko’s player of the month award in January.

Speaking to Light FM on who has been the best player in the league before the league Suspension, Dacosta answered,

“Without fear or favour, Justice Blay is the best player not only for Asante Kotoko but the Ghana Premier League.

“He is unmatched at that regista role. We mostly felt his absence in our games,”

Dacosta whose pending  transfer to Legon Cities hit the rocks vowed to force his way back into Maxwell Konadu’s side.

” I’m back for good. I will work hard and regain my position in the team. All is not lost. I will work hard to be part of the team when the league resume”. He added
