Veteran Ghanaian coach, Abdul Karim Zito says he has never sacked by any club for non-performance.

Despite working regularly in Ghana Premier League,  Zito is one of the few managers who has never been shown the exit.

He is currently the coach of Dreams FC and also doubles as head coach for Ghana’s U-20 National male team, the Black Satellites.

The tactician spoke to Akoma FM and looked back over his path to success.

“It is easier for me to leave your club, I can leave my coaching job at any club without thinking twice.

“If I feel I’m doing the right thing and the club cannot tolerate me despite my performance, I will just leave the club.

“So if you check my records, I have never been sacked by any club before for non-performance.

“Unless a club fails to renew my contract or else a club cannot claim to sack me based on non-performance,”

Zito has had previous stints with Asante Kotoko, Accra Hearts of Oak, Kumasi King Faisal, BA Stars and Medeama SC while in Division 1.
