Lalas Abubakar has resumed training at Colorado Rapids after an induced break caused by the outbreak of the coronavirus.

The Ghanaian defender and his teammates were out through their paces together with their teammates for the first time in almost two months but under strict directives as they prepare for the resumption of the league.

Despite been the country  hugely affected by the pandemic, the United States seems  to have put it behind them following the government order for individual training to go on.

No date has been set for the resumption of the Major League Soccer despite clubs resuming training earlier this week.

Having joined the Colorado based side permanently from Colombus Crew at the beginning of the season,  the Ghanaian defender started both games for the club before the league was suspended due to Covid-19.
