Karela United to appoint Mallam Yahaya as new head coach

Former Ghana international Mallam Yahaya is on the verge of being appointed as the new head coach of Premier League side, Karela United FC Footballmadeinghana.com understand.

The former King Faisal coach is in advanced talk with the management of the club as he nears completing a deal with the Aiyinase based outfit.

Footballmadeinghana.com understand Mallam Yahaya has given Karela United the go-ahead to talk to the owner of Wassaman FC; his current club, before he accepts to takes over the mantle.

Should the green light be given, Mallam Yahaya will sign a two year deal with Karela.

Mallam Yahaya leads the race for the job having had a successful coaching story with Nzema Kotoko.

He will replace Enos Adepa who was sacked by the club at the beginning of the month following a disappointing start to the season.
