Liberty’s Mubarak Alhassan targets GPL MVP award

Liberty Professionals attacker Mubarak Alhassan has set his sights on winning the most valuable player of the year award at the end of this season’s Ghana Premier League.

Mubarak has had a sensational start to the campaign by scoring 5 goals in 12 games for Liberty Professionals in his debut outing in the top flight.

According to Mubarak, he is aiming to win the young player of the season or the best player of the season at the end of the league campaign.

” Things hasn’t been easy at all, looking at how i started the season, I started the first game against Legon Cities, and then was relegated to the bench in the next three games. It took a lot of hard work and effort to return to the starting line up.” He told Zuria FM sports.

” The coach told me he has faith in me so I had to repay back his faith by working hard on the sidelines”.

” My target is to win the best player of the league at the end of the season or to be name young player of the season” M

Mubarak Alhassan joined Liberty Professional from WAFA at the beginning of the season and has been a key figure at the Dansoman based club since his debut.
