Inter Allies edged Liberty Professionals in a five-goal thriller in the Accra derby on Thursday.
After a dominate opening half hour from the visitors, Samuel Armah headed in his 6th goal of the season to give Inter Allies a 1-0 lead at the Carl Reindorf Park.
Victorien Adebayor double their lead two minutes later after latching unto a brilliant pass by Alex Aso.
However George Ansong finished off a brilliant team move to halve the deficit for the hosts just before the break.
Ansong grabbed his second goal of the day in the second half to restore parity for Liberty.
Adebayor squandered a golden opportunity from the penalty spot to put Inter Allies back in front after Mohammed Zakari was brought down in the box.
But the Capelli Boys eventually got a late winner through of Mohammed Zakari who ensured they returned to winning ways after back to back draws in their last two fixtures.
