The Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association has slapped a temporary home ban on Division league side Crocodiles Stars FC.
The Paga based side have been banned from using the Paga Town Park as their home venue with immediate effect due to, what a statement communicating the decision, described as an unfortunate happening during a league game.
The said game took place on Sunday March 1 and was between Paga Crocodiles Stars FC and Berekum Arsenals in a Match Day 9 encounter.
The game was not completed owing to some anti-football acts engaged in by persons believed to be fans and followers of the home side.
The GFA’s Executive Council has therefore triggered a disciplinary hearing to be handled by the Disciplinary Committee of the GFA but until the process is exhausted and necessary sanctions dealt guilty parties.
