Ghana winger Nana Opoku Ampomah is set to join Turkish giants Fenerbahçe, foitballmadeinghana.com can exclusively reveal.
The Turkish giants who have kept close ties with the Ghanaian since his days in Belgium with Waasland-Beveren before he joined Bundesliga side Fortuna Düsseldorf are keen on signing him this time.
FootballMadeInGhana.vom understands that Nana Ampomah’s representatives are close to agreeing a deal with Fenerbahçe for him to join this January.
Ampomah’s stay in Bundesliga has not been encouraging after he joined from Belgium on a high note but has not been offered the playing time he deserves.
The Ghanaian is, therefore, likely to join the Turkish side before the window closes.
Information gathered from Turkey also indicate that Sivasspor are also interested and are set to join the race for the signature of the Black Stars winger but Fenerbahçe are in advanced talks with Fortuna Düsseldorf and representatives of the player which could see the player joining the Yellow and Blacks.
