The former Liverpool striker Emile Heskey has embarked on a visit to Ghana Premier League outifit Medeama SC at their base at Tarkwa.

Heskey’s visit is in two folds; to familiarize himself with the embodiment of the club and also to lay the foundation for future business dealings.

As part of his tour on Tuesday January 14, the former England striker engaged with the top brass of the club comprising club president Moses Armah, Chief Executive James Essilfie and others.

The club in an elated manner shared the news via their official Twitter handle.

Heskey is expected to be around to watch Medeama’s crucial home game at the Akoon Park against Asante Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League tomorrow.
