Ghanaian attacker Asamoah Gyan once again played a standout role for NorthEast United in their 1-1 draw at Jamshedpur on Monday in the Indian Super League.
Gyan flicked the ball to his team mate Panagiotis Triadis in injury in time who stabbed it home to earned NorthEast United a point in the game.
NorthEast United had fallen behind in the 28th minute to a Sergio Castel goal and they had been struggling to get back into the game.
Gyan’s assist fetched him the DHL Winning Pass of the Match award.
The draw sends NorthEast United, who are undefeated so far in the league, to 4th on the Indian Super League table on 10 points.
