Former Accra Hearts of Oak coach Frank Nuttal has expressed his interest in the vacant Asante Kotoko coaching job.

According to reports in the local media, the Scottish trainer has been lobbying the for the job since the position become vacant a month ago.

Asante Kotoko have been without a head coach since  sacking of Norwegian trainer Kjetil Zachriasson for lack of performance.

Report went rife in the media since last week that the Porcupine warriors are in a hunt for a foreign coach to replace Zachriasson.

Nuttal has vast experience in the African terrain due to his stint with Gor Mahia, Zamalek and Hilal Obeid.
