Benjamin Twenoboah leaves Elmina Sharks following expiration of his contract

Elmina Sharks winger Benjamin Twenoboah has left the club following the expiration of his contract Footballmadeinghana.com can confirm.

According to our source, several attempts have been made to renew his contract but has proved futile.

The 25-year-old has been linked with a move to several Ghana Premier League sides including Hearts of Oak, Asante Kotoko and Ashanti Gold SC.

Footballmadeinghana.com understands the player could end up at Ashantigold after speaking with the president of the club Dr. Kweku Frimpong.

Benjamin Twenoboah scored two goals and provided seven assists in his 14 appearances for Elmina Sharks in the 2018 Ghana Premier League season which was halted following the airing the investigative by ace journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas on corruption in Ghana football.

He is one of the highly rated wingers in the Premier League.
