Former WAFA midfielder Majeed Ashimeru was on target for his Side Red Bull Salzburg as they trashed Austria Wien 4-1 at home on Saturday afternoon in the Austrian Bundesliga.

Majeed Ashimeru scored his side second as they run riot over the visitors.

Austria Wien drew the first blood in the second minute of the game through an own goal from Albert Vallci before Majeed Ashimeru scored in the 33rd minute of the match to draw Red Bull Salzburg level.

Malian forward Sekou Koita made it 2-1 for Red Bull Salzburg with two minutes to half time.

Masaya Okugawa made it 3-1 for Red Bull Salzburg in the 55th minute.

Sekou Koita got his second of the afternoon in the 79th minute to give Red Bull Salzburg a comfortable victory at home.

Majeed Ashimeru lasted the entire duration of the game.
