The Afro-Arab Group which is chaired by Alhaji Salam Amadu has officially launched the Emirates Arena in Nima

The unveiling of the multipurpose mini sports complex took place on Saturday, 28th September, 2019.

Nigeria and Arsenal legend Nwankwo Kanu headlined a number of high-profile names present at the event.

Several dignitaries graced the occasion including Black Stars deputy coach Ibrahim Tanko, MP for Ayawaso North Constituency Hon. Yusif Jajah and the Italian Ambassador to Ghana His Excellency Giovanni Favilli.

The Emirates Arena is complete with underground changing rooms, electronic scoreboard, a business centre and floodlights and a VVIP section.

Alhaji Amadu has been running the Afro-Arab Group of Companies for over a decade with its headquarters at Nima.

Currently, the group has nine subsidiaries operating in different part of Ghana.
