Chief Executive Officer for Berekum Chelsea Nana Oduru Sarfo has revealed Dr Kwame Kyei does not qualify to contest for the GFA Presidential seat after the Executive Chairman of Asante Kotoko confirmed his intention to contest for the hotseat.
According to the astute football administrator, he doubt if the Buissnes mogul will contest for the seat, he also revealed the CEO of Unity Oil does not qualify to contest for the seat as he must have five years of football experience before he can contest for the position.
“Am not sure and I have not even thought of it that, Dr Kwame Kyei will come out and say he will compete for the GFA presidency It’s a different ball game all together.” He told Fox FM Sports.
” Dr Kwame Kyei is is a shy person who finds it difficult to speak in public.”
Oduru Sarfo went further by saying the statutes of the FA laws indicate that for one to vie for the seat at least he must have five years of experience in football.
The Normalization Committee have proposed 29th October as the date for the GFA Presidential election.
