Ghana U23 captain Yaw Yeboah is confident his side will qualify ahead of Algeria in the final round of the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
The Black Meteors eliminated Gabon in the penultimate round to set up this clash with the Algerians.
The first leg of the clash against the North Africans will be played at the Accra Sports Stadium on September 6.
Ghana will be hoping to make a return to the Olympic Games since they last represented in 2004.
“We are ready for the game. All the players invited into the team are ready to play and compete and it doesn’t matter who is coming from somewhere”, Yaw Yeboah told GHANAsoccernet.com
“Most of the foreign based players are coming. The game is very important to us and we have to take our chances. We are going to work hard and get the goals. The target is two win both legs and qualify for the tournament”
