Ex- Asante Kotoko goal poacher Eric Bekoe anticipates a tough clash between Asante Kotoko and Nigerian side Kano Pillars in the CAF Champions League return leg this weekend.
Speaking to Kumasi-based Ashh FM, the former Ghana Premier League top scorer said Kano Pillars will be stiffer and more aggressive than they were in the first leg.
He went on to say that although Kotoko equally have good players but the visitors Kano Pillars are just coming to frustrate Kotoko to find their way out to the next round of the competition.
“Kotoko is for quality players and I know the current players around are matured and ready for the task ahead.
“It would be a difficult game because I know Kano Pillars will come to frustrate Kotoko and find their way through to the next round of the CAF Champions League,” he said.
The Porcupine Warriors will welcome Kano Pillars this Sunday to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The first leg ended 3-2 in favour of Kano Pillars in Nigeria.
