WRFA Presidential hopeful, Bismark Mensah donates set of jersey to western region media

President of second division football club, Bis Paradise, Bismark Owusu Mensah donated set of jersey to the Western Region Media on Monday at Sekondi Gyandu Park.

The young football administrator did the donation ahead of the regional media’s team against Metro Teachers which ended 1-1 on Monday, August 12, 2019.

Bismark who has had an outstanding impact on football in the region as a player for Sekondi Hasaacas FC in the early parts of 2000 and an administrator said the motive for the donation which had most media men from the region including Kyei Yaw Baffour and Francis Hema of Spice FM, Kwesi Koomson, Kwame Yeboah, Solomon Kwesi Anakwah, Oti Asirifi Mensah Joseph and couple of others was to commend the media for their immense supports in the development of sports especially, football.

“The donation was than with the intention of showing appreciation to the media for their contribution towards the development of Sports, specifically football within the region and Ghana as a whole and to support their sense of togetherness within the media fraternity with united front”.

“It’s also a platform for me to let them know that sports development can’t be achieved without them hence the need to support them with the little we can do as a football club with my two workaholic Chairmen ,Mr Michael Kwabena Quashie and Mr Gunnar Apewe” Bismark Owusu Mensah said after the donation.
