Head coach of the National Under 20 Team Yaw Preko has stated that his charges have prepared very well for the upcoming African Games in Morocco.
The Black satellites will face Burundi in their first game before coming up against Mali and Senegal in their next two games.
Speaking before the team depart to Morroco, the former Inter Allies coach insisted they are not going to underrate anyteam in the competition. He also called on the fans to support the team with encouragement and prayers.
“The mere fact that a team has qualified for a tournament makes that team a strong one and every game in the tournament is going to be very difficult.
“In the same way, any team that hears the mentioning of Ghana will equally be frightened, the way other teams have prepared for us, we have also prepared for them.
“Let’s all support the boys and give them encouragement because I know for sure that all what these group of players need are prayers and encouragement and God willing good news will grace us” He added.
