Ahead of their clash with Asante Kotoko, head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak Kim Grant has revealed his charges are keen to return to the CAF Champions league after a long absence from the competition.

The Phobians know a win over Asante Kotoko will grant them entry into the CAF Champions League next season and they are keen on doing just that.

Speaking to Daily Graphic ahead of the game, Grant insisted returning to Africa is their biggest priority and only a win against their rivals will give them that edge.

“The focus is not about me, but the team as we are keen to return to Africa,”

“We are already out of the Second Tier which has cost us the chance to fight for a ticket to the Confederation Cup so our focus is what we will do collectively to keep our dream alive in the campaign to return to Africa,” he added

The Phobians are unbeaten at the Accra Sports Stadium in the Tier I League of the NC Special Competition.
