A member of the campaign team of Ghana FA Presidential aspirant Osei Kwaku Wilfred, J.F Mensah has vehemently denied reports of a purported alliance between their candidate and Dreams FC Executive Director Kurt Okraku ahead of the football associations elections.
In a statement endorsed by Mr. JF Mensah, a member of the campaign team of Osei Kwaku Wilfred, the reports are utterly false and must be discarded by all.
J.F Mensah’s statement came shortly after Derrick Okraku, Special Aide to Kurt Okraku had denied the reports.
Below is the full statement:
We have read with utter surprise, a statement purported to have emanated from one Seidu Adamu stating that, a meeting was chaired by former FIFA Council Member -Kwesi Nyantakyi- with the intention of bringing together two FA Presidential aspirants, Messrs Wilfred Osei Kwaku (Palmer) and Kurt Okraku so as to form a united front to win the GFA Presidential election.
The statement went further to allege that, Mr. Osei Kwaku (Palmer)should become the FA President whilst Mr. Kurt Okraku becomes his Vice.
The Campaign Team of Mr Osei Kwaku (Palmer) vehemently deny that any such meeting had taken place.
There is no iota of truth in the statement and should, therefore, be treated with the contempt it deserves.
Indeed, it is a figment of the writer’s own imagination.
