Kotoko set off for Accra ahead of Cameroon trip

 

Ghanaian CAF Confederations Cup campaigners Asante Kotoko have left Kumasi en route to Accra for their game with Coton Sports.

The Porcupine Warriors left the Ashanti Regional capital on Thursday afternoon and they are expected in Accra this evening to complete departure formalities as they fly to Cameroon to face Cotton Sports.

In all, eighteen players, seven technical team and four management members are making the trip.

The technical team comprises of head coach C.K. Akonnor, assistant coach Akakpo Patron, team manager Ohene Brenya, goalkeeper’s trainer Joe Baah, physical trainer Emmanuel Amartey whilst the medical  team have Dr. Christiana Baah and Alexander Gyinaye.

Kotoko’s game with Coton Sports is slated for Roumdé Adjia Stadium in Garoua on Sunday afternoon.
