Africa: Al-Ahly will be without Azaro for CAF CL final return leg

Al-Ahly will be without Walid Azaro for the CAF Champions League final on Friday against Esperance Tunis as the Moroccan striker is suspended for two games for unsporting behavior.

Patrice Carteron’s side will have to do without Azaro for the final return leg on Friday after the Moroccan striker of the Egyptian club was suspended for two games for his anti-sporting gesture in the first leg as he deliberately torn his shirt to mislead the referee of the match Mehdi Abid Charef who awarded a penalty that should not have been given.

Ahly went on to win the game 3-1.
