The Ghanaian giants are in overdrive with their recruitment exercise as they prepare to make a strong impact in the CAF Confederation Cup.
Frimpong now becomes their latest addition amidst talks of further arrivals.
“I have signed a one year deal with an option with Asante Kotoko without any signing on fee but a monthly salary” Frimpong told Oyerepa FM.
“Am starting training with Kotoko tomorrow Thursday.
“Am promising section of the fans who believe am rusty an excellent performance”
The 31-year-old full-back has been clubless since leaving American lower tier club Phoenix Risings FC.
The former TP Mazembe man made his name with Kotoko before moving to join the Congolese giants.
