Save African Child to arrive in Kumasi on Friday for Kotoko game

The Burkina Faso side will arrive in Ghana on Friday for the friendly name against Asante Kotoko on Sunday.

Sunday’s game between Save African Child FC and Asante Kotoko remain unaffected despite the latter’s engagement with the Black Stars of Ghana on Friday.

“Our game against Kotoko is not affected by the Black Stars game. That game is on Friday and our game is on Sunday so no problem at all” coach of Save African Child FC Emmanuel Chibueze told Silver FM on Wednesday.

“Our flight to Ghana is on Friday and I can confidently tell you we are going to beat them (Kotoko).” Chibueze said.

The Nigerian played for Asante Kotoko in 1996 and he returns to Kumasi after leaving the Ghanaian giants.

“I played for Kotoko in the team of coach Marfo at that time. Our chairman was Giorgido.” He added.

The Burkina Faso team has also confirmed they will travel to Vietnam to participate in a tournament alongside Brazilian clubs Vasco Da Gama and Corinthians.
