Kumasi Asante Kotoko have terminated the two-year contract of striker Mawuli Osei after a series of poor performance.
Osei, who was previously known as Mawuli Tuglo joined the Porcupine Warriors in February this year after several years in Israel where he featured for Hapoel Haifa, Hapoel Bnei Lod and a host of others.
The attacker has played four games so far this season for Kotoko and has failed to score a single goal.
His release comes just three days after the club showed Frank Sarfo Gyamfi, Edwin Tuffuor, Eric Donkor, Sadick Adams and defender Seth Opare the exit.
The 28-year-old had an illustrious career with Liberty Professionals I the Ghana Premier League before moving to Israel in 2012.
