Mfum urges Kotoko to go all out in Africa

Kumasi Asante Kotoko legend Wilberforce Mfum is hoping that the club will perform well in next season’s CAF Confederations Cup.

The retired striker wants his former club to get to at least the quarter finals as the team has failed in Africa in the last couple of years.

”My prayer is that the team will go and win the Confederations Cup. Notwithstanding, If they even get to the final or at least quarter finals is good” Mfum told footballmadeinghana.com

”Kotoko this day don’t perform well in Africa and and it is about time a new history is written,”

Kotoko reached the finals of the first edition of the Confederations Cup in the 2004/2005 season and will be hoping to repeat that feat.
