Ghana international Phil Ofosu-Ayeh will miss the start of the English Championship due to injury.
The new Wolverhampton Wanderers right back was carrying a leg injury before Wanderers signed him from German side Eintracht Braunschweig and now he needs time to recover.
According to the medical team of the English side, the lateral defender needs not less than 28 days before he will be fully fit to start training.
Ofosu-Ayeh will thus miss the league games against Middlesbrough, Derby County, Hull City and Cardiff City as well as the League Cup first round game at Yeovil Town.
The 25-year-old is expected to play a key role in the set up of Wolves as the eye Premiership qualification.
